BIOGRAPHY: Improving services for all persons with major neurocognitive disorders with an equity lens. I conduct mixed-method research (quantitative and qualitative) with a participatory approach (involving patient partners, clinicians, and decision makers (including the Ministry of Health)) on equity for persons with major neurocognitive disorders, exploring the differences in their health services use and experiences across social-determinants of health, to inform equity-oriented policies.

Why do you think clinical trials are important?
• I do quasi experimental research.

What is your personal philosophy about clinical trial training specifically or mentorship in general?
• Mentorship: vulnerability / humility / compassion and self-compassion / generosity

FUN FACT: I do not do clinical trial !!! but I am very interested in causality!!!
