    The CANTRAIN Graduate and Postdoctoral Trainee (GPT) Career Development Program is a 16-week virtual experience designed to introduce health science trainees to careers in clinical trial operations, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs.

    Through a blend of expert-led webinars, interactive group activities, and self-paced modules, learners gain real-world insights into drug development and clinical research while building transferable skills and professional networks.

    Do I need experience in clinical research?​


    No. This program is designed to introduce you to the field.​

    What are the Common Core Foundation (CCF) modules?​


    Twelve e-learning modules covering key concepts like ethics, trial design, and documentation. Completion is required before the program starts.​

    What if I miss a session?​


    You must attend 80% of live activities. Contact the facilitator in advance if conflicts arise.​

    Will I earn a certificate?​


    Yes. Graduates receive a certificate of participation and gain clarity on career goals and industry expectations.
